We understand that selling property can be stressful. Our conveyancing team will deal with your house sale from the moment you accept an offer through to completion to make the conveyancing process runs as smoothly as possible.
If you don’t have a real estate agent and you are selling privately, our conveyancing team can draft a contract of sale, and send it with supporting paperwork to the buyer's solicitors for agreement. As part of the conveyancing process, you will be asked to answer some standard questions concerning your property sale and to provide a list of fittings and fixtures to be left.
Our conveyancing team will liaise with your estate agent to keep them informed of progress made on the property sale from start to finish.
At settlement, we will repay your mortgage out of the proceeds of the property sale as directed by your financier, for which you will receive evidence of this mortgage payment from your financier in due course.
We can arrange to pay your estate agent commission out of the proceeds of the property sale, if required and bank the balance of settlement proceeds into you account. |
